Google has announced their intension to ban the promotion of some products or services that “cause damage, harm, or injury.” included are ads for “any part or component that’s necessary to the function of a gun or intended for attachment to a gun.” This covers “gun scopes, ammunition, ammunition clips or belts. Over the past weekend there were more than 80 people shot and 14 people murdered in Chicago. The city with some of the most draconian gun laws in the country.
